The banquet tables were lavishly laden with delicious food provided by Ferentino's in Lake Forest. Residents dined on Italian food, such as Meatballs, Sausage, Rigatoni, Mostaccioli, Green Bean Almondine Casserole, and Garden Salad with plenty of Italian Cheese Bread and Rolls. The festively decorated candlelight tables provided an atmosphere of warmth and coziness to the conditions outside. After dinner, guests danced to the music of Bob Remington's ROLLOVER Band and socialized by the bar next to a roaring fire. We were very fortunate to have live entertainment and we thank Bob Remington and his Band for reserving the night for us.

Guests also brought many sweets, which made our "sweet table" look like a bakery presentation. Coffee and sweets were served into the night, as guests took a break from dancing and socialized over dessert. Another highlight of the evening was the 50/ 50 cash raffle and prizes. Gift certificates from Anastasia's Restaurant in Waukegan provided an added bonus. We thank our sponsor for the donations. The Social Committee Mike Cloud, Terry Leone, Diane Pagoulatos, Nancy Diveris, and Les would like to thank all who attended and brought appetizers and desserts.
